when typing any off these lettes i see in the TextBox special character

when i turned off
$txt_dt_video_youtubecode->StatePersistent = false; then i get the right letters shown. letters: y8C5Tjiwu50_/?a $txt_dt_video_youtubecode->StatePersistent = true; letters: y8C5Tjiwu50_%2F%3Fa
