I opened a support ticket 10 days ago and still have had no response. I emailed support@chromeheadless.io and did get a response from Karl and was told the license was added to my account but it still does not show up. Is there anyone at koolphp who can help me get the license and download link?

Looks like it was an issue because the payment for the license was made from a paypal account with a different email address than the one used to create the account with koolphp. Support was able to move the license to my account.
