A dark color page body (#424242) makes column headers appear as #424242 rectangles when using the office2010blue style. The KoolGrid column headers are unreadable because they're black text on a #424242 background. How can I set the column header background to something other than transparent?

You can customize your css scripts.
The folder needs to be copied, and inside the css, you will notice blocks of code the the same name as the folder.
Rename your folder, and do an edit replace for that same word of the folder in the css file.
I created a theme I call blitzer grid based on the default style. If you have issues, I can send it to you to show you how I did it.
